The process

My approach is simple and broken down in a way that leaves you in control and doesn’t expose you to any complicated contracts and fees (because running a business is hard enough).

DISCOVER

We meet face-to-face or over video call so I can get a sense of your whats on your mind, understand your reasons for being in the business, your aspirations for growth (and even your ‘exit strategy’).

I need to know how serious you are about making changes, whether I think we can work well together and understand what wakes you up in the middle of the night.

This meeting typically lasts 2 hours and enables me to develop some high-level suggestions as well as pose some more questions.

DEVELOP

Assuming you have a genuine desire and intent to have me coach you, in our second meeting I gather more information on the common areas that drive success or lead to failure such a business strategy, plan and structure just to name a few.

I then help you identify the issues, prioritise them and develop an action plan with recommendations on what needs to be addressed first.

DELIVER

This is the fun bit but probably the hardest. We can strategise all day but this is where you’ll see the results.

Here, we’ll work together to agree on what needs to be done and by when. We’ll co-create an action plan to kick start, speed up or save your business.

Real sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight, so this will take a couple of sessions.

My ongoing role as your business coach is to make sure we all stay on the agreed plan, assess deliverables against agreed outcomes and hold everyone, including myself accountable to achieve our goals.
